Lloyd Letterman holds a Master's degree in Social Work, from the
University of Michigan. Special foci of this degree are mental health,
substance abuse, domestic violence, relationships, and emotional and
spiritual growth. His undergraduate degree in Photography is from the
Rochester Institute of Technology.
Lloyd's background includes technical
photography and electrical engineering. He served in the Navy as a Reactor
Operator while on board a nuclear submarine (Vietnam era). He also served in
the U. S. Army Reserve as a small arms expert. He has trained and competed in
Judo. Lloyd studied Zen Buddhism, Tai Chi and Chinese Medicine. His personal
experience includes recovery from addiction and healing out of alternative
methods. Because of his personal diversity, his practice integrates several
modalities.
Lloyd presented at the 10th
& 11th Annual AIRT International Conference and the ADDIEN
Conference 2001 on treating couple when ADHD is present in the relationship.
